摘要
研究了目前板带热连轧轧制变形规程设计方法及在该领域中的应用状况 ,分析并建立了以能耗最低、负荷分配最均衡及板形质量最优的多目标优化模型 ,并运用模糊学的理论和方法对板带热连轧轧制变形规程多目标优化问题进行了求解 .最后以某六机架热连轧机为例 ,对常规轧制 ,各单目标优化轧制以及模糊多目标优化轧制的轧制变形规程进行了分析比较 。
The characteristics of rolling deforming schedule on hot continuous rolling strip and the application on optimization method in this field are studied. The mathematical model of multi-object optimization for minimizing energy consumption balancing load and best profile on it is established. The problem of multi-object optimization is solved by fuzzy theory and method. With the example of a six-hot continuous rolling strip, the deforming schedule of the common rolling, the single-object optimization design and the multi-object fuzzy optimization design are compared with each other, thus proving the effectiveness of the method.
