摘要
冷弯型钢成型过程的变形非常复杂 ,回弹研究又是冷弯成型研究中基本部分 .采用有限元法对冷弯成型回弹过程进行数值模拟 ,既可以获得许多有价值的数据 ,又可以降低生产成本 ,所以值得推广 .首先采用显式动力学弹塑性有限元法对冷弯型钢成型过程进行了模拟计算 ,接着利用隐式静力学有限元法分析了后续的回弹过程 ,最后将回弹量的模拟值与实验值进行了比较 ,表明计算结果具有一定的可信度 .这有助于工厂改进工艺 。
In cold-roll forming process, deforming is very complicated. The spring-back research is an essential part in cold-roll forming research. Using Finite Element Method (FEM) to simulate spring-back in cold-roll forming process, we can gain many valuable data, while it can reduce the producing costs, so it is worth developing. The cold-roll forming process using explicit dynamic FEM and its spring-back process using implicit FEM are analyzed. By comparing the spring-back's simulation results with experimental results, it is testified the simulation results are credible in a sense. It is helpful to improve technology and produce good products for the factories.
