广州某超高层建筑的加层结构设计

中诚广场原设计为地面以上 46层的超高层建筑 ,当主体结构施工至 36层时 ,由于使用功能调整的要求 ,总层数需增加至 5 1层 ,加层后建筑物总高度增加至 1 85m .通过对原结构设计方案及其使用的结构分析软件的不完善之处的分析研究 ,结合对现行规范条文的正确理解 ,采取了对 37层以上的梁和柱截面进行调整、在 5 1层设置预应力大梁将 48层以上的楼面荷载传至核心筒等结构措施 ,提出了不影响施工进度的经济。

ZhongCheng plaza is required to be heightened from former-designed forty-six storeys to fifty-one storeys. The shortcoming of the structure analysis software TBSA5.0 adopted by the designer is investigate attentively. And by way of properly apprehending and implementing clause in code and necessary structure adjustment, a new increase-plan is put forward and is proved feasible.
