掺Ag纳米TiO_2薄膜的制备与光催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用钛酸四丁酯水解得到TiO2胶体溶液,加AgNO3得到掺Ag的TiO2胶体溶液;在室温下利用浸渍-提拉法制成透明的前驱体薄膜,通过煅烧处理得到掺Ag的TiO2薄膜,并在此基础上进行了光催化降解甲基橙的试验.结果表明:利用溶胶-凝胶法可制得TiO2薄膜,在钛酸四丁酯的乙醇溶液物质的量浓度为0.840mol/L、TiO2和Ag物质的量比为10:1条件下,掺Ag薄膜中TiO2颗粒的平均粒径大约为几十纳米,且分布较为均匀;煅烧温度显著影响TiO2(Ag)薄膜的光催化性能,煅烧温度为350℃时TiO2薄膜光催化能力最好;掺入Ag可以提高TiO2薄膜的光催化降解能力,本试验条件下TiO2和Ag物质的量比为10:1的TiO2(Ag)薄膜催化能力最强. TiO2 colloidal solution was firstly made by the hydrolyze of Tetra butyl titanate (Ti(C4H9O)4). Then we got TiO2 colloidal solution adulterated with Ag by dissolving the colloidal solution with AgNO3. Transparent precursors film of TiO2 was prepared by dip -coating method at room temperature and then it was sintered. On the base of these, the testing of Methyl Orange photocatalytic decomposing was made. The results show that TiO2 film can be made by solDgel mathod, and the particles that was made on the condition of TiO2 colloidal solution with a density of 0.840mol/L and a molar ratio of TiO2 to Ag of 10:1 are about tenfold nanometers with distributing equably. Sintering temperature affects its photocatalytic decomposing abilit y. TiO2 film sintered at 350 ℃ possesses the best photocatalytic decomposing ability. The film of molar ratio of TiO2 to Ag of 10:1 has stronger photocatalytic decomposing ability.
