摘要 废旧印刷电路板中含有大量可回收组分,处理不当会产生严重污染.通过分析废旧电路板处理技术的研究现状及其组成与结构特点,研制了ZKB剪切破碎机.该机主要采用纯剪切力对废旧电路板进行粗碎,可得到20mm×20mm的碎块,工作频率以20~30Hz为宜. Discarded Printed Circuit Board (PCB) contains many recoverable components. Improper disposal of them will causes serious environment pollution problem. Based on analysis on current state of the technology concerning treatment of the discarded PCB, PCB components and structure characteristic, ZKB Shear Breaker has been developed. In the breaker shear force is applied to PCB to break it into pieces with segment size of 20mm ###### 20mm, and its working frequency of 20 - 30 Hz is recommended.
