不同时期套袋对长富2苹果表观品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 不同时期套袋对长富2苹果外观品质的试验表明:花后20~40 d套袋处理的果皮叶绿素含量为1.011~1.093 μg/cm2,果皮花青苷与(叶绿素+类胡萝卜素)的比值为0.053~0.055,果皮色泽鲜艳,且果实着色快.在果面方面,花后20~40 d套袋处理的果点直径较小,果面横裂纹密度为0~0.38个/cm2,果面光洁;套袋时期对长富2苹果果点密度无显著影响;在果个及果形方面,套袋越早,单果重和果实纵横径越小,套袋时期越迟,果形指数越高.研究认为,花后20~40 d套袋可显著提高果品的外观品质. Experiment of bagging time of Fuji apple showed that, bagging 20 - 40 days after flowering, the content of chlorophll was from 1.11 to 1.093 μg/cm2, the ratio of anthocyanin to ( chlorophll + carotenoid) was from 0.053 to 0.055, the color of fruit skin was more bright , and fruit skin colored up quickly . The fruit dot diameter was bigger when the bagging time delayed. The bagging time had no effect on the density of fruit dots. When bagging earlier,the nicks on the peel were less, and the surface was smooth .The weight and size of fruit were decreased when bagging early. The fruit shape index was big when the bagging time delayed. Bagging 20 - 40 days after flowering is beneficial to the improvement of the external quality of the ap-ple.
