草原旅游作为生态旅游的一种,既能促进区域经济的发展,又可有效加强对生态环境的保护,因而日益成为许多草原牧(农)区重点发展的产业之一。河北省察北牧场第一分场的草原旅游资源丰富且特点突出,旅游开发价值很高。该旅游规划案俐对于草原旅游,尤其是河北省的草原旅游,具有很高的参考价值。本文侧重介绍了察北牧场第一分场旅游规划的指导思想、基本规划思路等内容,旨在探讨地理过渡地带开发草原旅游之路,以期实现草原旅游业的可持续发展。

As a kind of ecotourism, grassland tourism can nol only promote economic development. but also enhance the protection of ecological environment. Gradually, it is becoming one of the most important industries in many pastural (rural) areas.With abundant tourism resources and characteristics, the first branch of Chabei Grassland, Hebei province is worth the deep exploitation The tourism planning case can be a reference for grassland tourism, especially for Hebei Province.The guiding ideology and basie planning ideas are introduced in detail in this paper. It aims to discuss the methods of grassland tourism planning in geographically transitional regions so as to fulfill grassland tourism's sustainable development.
