城市边缘区生态隔离机制探讨

STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF ECOLOGICAL PROTECTION IN URBAN FRINGE AREA

城市边缘区是城乡建设中最复杂、最富变化的地区,其土地利用兼具城市用地和乡村用地二重特性,目前已经形成的城市边缘区形态主要有:生态隔离区、公共绿地和游憩区、工业园区或经济开发区、农业用地、对外交通用地。本文分析了城市边缘区现状生态问题最主要的表现是区域生态环境的恶化和生态的失衡。在此基础上。

Urban fringe with the dual characteristics of both city and countryside is the most complex and malleable area during the urban and rural development. There are various configurations of it, such as ecological protected area, public green land and esplanade, industrial park, agricultural land, external traffic land, and so on. This paper analyzed that the uppermost performance of the problems in urban fringe area is the deterioration of the regional ecological environment. Based on the example, the development mechanisms are put forward. The first, the unification and harmony of ecology, society and economy should be paid attention to. The second, the over-expanding of the urban land using should be controlled. The third, the diversity of the species in this area should be enriched. The last one, the market and official management should be improved. The authors take the ecological protected area in the urban fringe of Guangzhou City as an example, which usually exist in the rural-urban fringe and have the characteristics of frangibility.
