积极发展研究生教育,培养高层次高素质科技人才

Develop postgraduates education actively to bring up high quality persons

随着国民经济的快速发展 ,社会对高新技术人才的需求量越来越大 ,全国各高校都在大力发展研究生教育。如何在扩大研究生招生规模的同时又保证素质教育质量 ,越来越引起社会的广泛关注。本文对这个问题作了透彻的分析 ,提出了如何积极发展研究生教育 ,培养高层次高素质科技人才的措施。

With the rapid development of national economy, more and more persons with high technology are needed. All the colleges and universities are expanding their graduate student education. The society pays more attention to how to assure education quality while enlarge the recruit students scale. In this paper, some measures are showed to how to develop postgraduate education and how to develop high quality persons.
