摘要
脉冲偏转是一种不同于扫描偏转和直流偏转的偏转方式 .它不但在光点测量时使彩色CRT偏转线圈处于脉冲静态偏转状态 ,而且能在PC控制下使荫罩下的光点微移动 ,从而将残缺光点修复成完整的原始光点 .光点修复是一个高速数据采集与图像处理的过程 ,其重要的方式就是应用“拼接法”将采集的多帧残缺光点图像实时地修复成原始光点图像 。
The pulsed deflection is a sort of the deflection way that is different from the scanning deflection or DC deflection. It can make the deflection coil of CRT work in the pulsed static deflection state during the spot measurement, and moreover it directs the spot under the shadow mask to make micro-stepping by PC controlling for reconstructing a misshapen spot into an intact spot. The spot reconstruction is a course of the data collection and the image process with high speed. Its important way is to apply Block-Connection method to reconstruct the original spot image at real time by means of the collected image data of multiple-frame misshapen spot, and the aim for that is to calculate the spot size and analyze the spot quality.
