摘要 菊花新品种Chrysanthemumxmorifolium'Butterfield'是美国著名的Yoder兄弟公司通过杂交育种培育出的一个新品种。为了把它作为盆栽花卉推向市场,其高度必须控制。为此,应用多效唑(Paclobutrazol)、比久(Daminozide)、嘧啶醇(Ancymidol)对它进行了处理。试验采用完全随机区组设计,共7个处理,5次重复。所有处理除处理1没有摘心外,其余的全部在移植后20d摘1次心。结果表明,施用比久(处理5)的植株高度适中(36.04cm),有着较大的株冠面积(631.2cm2),花芽数量和花枝数量比其它处理的多,现蕾时间比其它处理的早,而且有着最好的外观品质。 Chrysanthemum x morifolium'Butterfield' is a new cultivar hybridized by the Yoder Brothers, Inc. For producing potted flowers, the height must be controlled. Ancymidol(A-Rest)、Daminozide(B-Nine) and Paclobutrazol(Bonzi) were tested. The experiment was done in a randomized complete block-design. Each block contained 7 different treated plants. There were 5 plants in per 7 treatments. All plants except the control (unpinchel) treatment were pinched back 20 days after transplanting . Results show that Daminozide was gave the best results: Plants treat with B-Nine showed a short marketable height of 36.04?cm tall, a desirable canopy area of 631.2?cm^2, more flower buds and flower braches, earlier days to visible flowers, and an desirable overall performance when compared to the other treatments.
