摘要
研究了以四水氯化锰催化环己酮和乙二醇脱水合成乙二醇缩酮。确定的最佳反应条件为:n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1 0∶1 7,四水氯化锰的用量为环己酮和乙二醇总质量的12%,反应时间2 5h,产品收率达82 8%。
Cyclohexanone glycol ketal(CHGK) was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol in the presence of manganese chloride tetrahydrate (MnCl_2·4H_2O) catalyst. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: cyclohexanone-to-ethylene-glycol molar ratio = 1.0∶1.7, m(MnCl_2·4H_2O) = 12% of total mass of cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol, and reaction time 2.5 h. GHGK yield of 82.8% was obtained under the optimum reaction condition.
