摘要 以自制稀土改性固体超强酸SO2-4/TiO2/La3+为催化剂,高效合成了二甲基丙烯酸丁二醇酯。比较了不同催化剂的催化活性,并考察了固体酸的制备条件及酯化反应条件对催化活性的影响,得到最佳合成条件为:SO2-4/TiO2/La3+于500℃下活化3h,n(酸)∶n(醇)=2 8∶1,阻聚剂、催化剂质量分数分别为1 0%和1 2%,反应温度维持在120℃左右反应2h左右,酯化率可达92 0%。 Butanediol dimethylacrylate was synthesized over solid superacid SO^(2-)_4/TiO_2/La^(3+). Catalytic activity of different catalysts were compared and influence of preparation condition for the superacid and esterification reaction condition on the catalytic a activity were studied. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: activation temperature 500 ℃, activation time 3 h, acid-to-alcohol molar ratio = 2.8∶1, mass fraction of catalyst and polymerization inhibitor = 1.2% and 1.0%, respectively, reaction temperature 200 ℃, reaction time 2 h, under which esterification rate of 92% was attained.
