摘要
用袖珍数显测振表可以对新安装机组进行轴系平衡,也可以对运行一段时间发生振动故障的机组进行现场平衡。在现场采用对汽轮机组发电机的转子两端面同时加重的"两点法"平衡汽轮机组的振动,在机组临界转速以下做"静平衡",在工作转速以上做"动平衡",最后合成配重。方法新颖、实用,完全可以解决实际问题。
By use of pocket DD vibration meter, both filed balancing of shafting of new unit and field balancing of unit with vibration troubles after operation for some time can be conducted. The method to put trial weights to the two end faces of the rotor of turbine-generator unit at same time can completely solve the practical problems. With 'Two-Point Method', the resultant balance weight can be obtained after conducting 'static balancing' at critical speed of the unit and conducting 'dynamic balancing' at speed over working speed. This method is new and practical.
