DNA MOLECULAR MARKERS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN GENETIC AND BREEDING RESEARCHES OF TOMATO

摘要 介绍了RFLP,RAPD,SPAR,SSR—锚定PCR,AFLP,STS,CAP和SNP等DNA分子标记的概况,以及它们应用于番茄基因组作图及遗传育种研究的最新进展,包括:遗传多样性研究、品种指纹图谱及杂种纯度鉴定、基因定位、标记辅助选择、比较基因组研究、基因克隆等,并就今后番茄分子育种主要研究方向进行了讨论。 This paper presents a review of the molecular marker techniques of RFLP, RAPD, SPAR, SSR-anchored PCR, AFLP, STS, CAP and SNP and describes the recent advances of their application in various genetic and breeding researches, including genetic diversity analysis, fingerprinting maps and purity control of cultivars, gene localization, marker-assisted selection, comparative mapping and gene cloning. The orientation of future research of molecular breeding of tomato in China is discussed.
