大豆结实前异黄酮积累规律的研究 被引量:8

摘要 选取异黄酮含量显著不同的4个品种为实验材料,研究了大豆结实前异黄酮在组织中的分布、变化及其积累规律。结果表明,大豆结实前种子中贮存的异黄酮逐步由种子向子叶,继而向其他器官(主要是叶片)转移,不同器官在植株生长发育过程中进行着异黄酮类物质的代谢。该时期异黄酮的分布存在组织特异性而品种间的差异不明显,各组织间的差异达到极显著水平:在大豆出苗期,地上部分的异黄酮含量远高于地下部分;幼苗期子叶中异黄酮远高于其它部分;壮苗期和盛花期,叶片中异黄酮的含量远高于其他组织。 The distribution and variation of isoflavone accumulation in four soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merri.] varieties differing in their isoflavone content were studied. The results showed that isoflavones in developing seeds of soybean were translocated from the seeds to the cotyledons and then to other organs (chiefly the leaves), where isoflavone metabolism occurred during the growth and development of the plant. Variance analysis demonstrated that highly significant difference existed among various organs of the same variety while no significant inter-varietal difference was observed. Isoflavone content was highly significantly higher in the shoots than in the roots at the emergence stage, higher in the cotyledons than in other organs at the seedling stage and higher in the leaves than in other organs in the vigorous growth stage and the full blooming stage of the plant.
