摘要
AIM:To study the effect of anhydro-3-sulphopropyl-3′-sulphoethyl-5,5′-diphenyl-9-ethyl-oxacarbocyanine hydroxide (B1143) in photodynamic therapy.METHOD: The growth rate of KB cells inhibited by B1143 was tested by Trypan blue exclusion assay and 7-AAD stain assay was used to test the death rate of KB cells induced by B1143.RESULT: B1143 could inhibit the growth of KB cells and induce KB cells to death.CONCLUSION: B1143 is promising to be used in photodynamic therapy as a photosensitizer.
