摘要
某电厂 1号机组汽机运行平台局部区域存在振动现象。从振动区域和频率分析判断振动是由管道振动通过刚性吊杆而传递到地板上。对此 ,设计了既有弹簧隔振效果又能保持原有刚性吊架特性的限位弹簧支吊架。安装后地板最大振幅为 0 .0 1 3mm ,振感明显降低 。
Vibration phenomenon exists in partial area on the trubine platorm of unit No.1 in one power plant, It is judged from vibration area and frequency analysis that the vibration is due to pipe vibration transferred to the floor via the suspender. For this reason a limit spring hanger, which has both vibration-isolation effect of the spring and maintained the property of original rigid hanger, had been designed. Arter installing, the max. vibration amplitude of the said floor be-comes 0.013 mm, sensation of vibration being obviously reduced, reaching the anticipated purpose.
