摘要
目的 :测定大黄溶剂萃取工艺提取物与SFE CO2 工艺提取物中番泻苷A含量。方法 :以甲醇超声振荡提取番泻苷A ;选用AllitimaRPC18分析柱 ( 2 5 0× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为 0 1%TFA HCN( 4 4∶5 6 ) ,流速为 1 0ml/min ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,参比波长为 6 0 0nm ,柱温 2 5℃。结果 :从番泻苷A的转移率来看 ,溶剂萃取工艺优于SFE CO2
Objective:To determine sennoside A in rhubarb extracts by solvent extraction and SFE-CO 2 Methods:Sennoside A was extracted by ultrasonic vibration The analytical column was Allitima RP C 18 (250×4 6mm,5μm) The mobile phase consisted of 0 1% TFA-HCN(44∶56) The flow rate was 1 0 ml/min The UV detector wavelength was 280nm and the reference wavelength was 600nm The column temperature was 25℃ Result:Considering the extracting rate of sennoside A,solvent extraction was better than SFE-CO 2
