摘要
设计了一种用于实时时钟的高性能晶体振荡器 ,采用振幅控制的机制以达到高频率稳定性和低功耗的要求 ,分析了振幅控制的原理和实际电路的工作方式。电路在 0 .6umCMOS工艺上实现 ,测试结果表明电路达到了预期的设计要求。
A high performance crystal oscillator for RTC is presented.Amplitude regulation scheme is used to achieve high frequency stability and low power consumption.A practical circuit is implemented on 0.6m CMOS process and desirable result is observed in chip test.
