中医病因学之“不内外因”的学术命运

The academic destiny to the“not the Internal and Extrinsic Reason”of pathogens of the Chinese medicine

“三因学说”一直是中医病因学的核心理论。然而这一整合了前代诸多有价值的病因发现而于宋代“由博返约”最终形成的病因体系 ,却使得后世医家大多重视“六淫七情” ,而忽略“不内外因”的存在 ,但“不内外因”并非是可有可无的虚设 ,其中也蕴涵着宝贵的科学契机。

The theory of three reasons”has always been the central theory of the pathogens of Chinese Medicine.The pathogenic system formed in Song dynasty “return to laconism from erudition”integrated many worthy etiologic discovers of several ancient generations,but making the later generations pay more attention to the “six evils and seven modes of emotions'and neglect the existence of“not internal and extrinsic reason'.In fact,the“not internal and extrinsic reason'is not a dispensable thing,it includes many precious scientific opportunities,but only to be submerged by the torrent of traditional culture.
