摘要
采用均匀设计法优化分光光度法测定麦绿素中维生素E的条件,建立了麦绿素维生素E质量分数测定方法,其方法的回收率为97.66%,检测限5.3354×10-6g/L。用该法测得自制麦绿素中维生素E的质量分数为0.118,RSD为4.464%。
The uniformity plan was used to optimize the condition of determination vitamin E in barleygreen by spectrophotography. This study built up a method to determine vitamin E in barleygreen. The recovery was 97.66% and the lowest detection limit of vitamin E was 5.3354×10^(-6) g/L. The content of vitamin E in barleygreen was 0.118g/kg and the RSD was 4.464%.
