摘要
介绍了用氨性乙醇作提取剂,从甘草中提取甘草甜素的方法。通过正交设计对提取剂用量、提取温度、提取剂时间等因素进行探讨,得出了最佳工艺条件,并通过实验得到了验证。
The method extracting Glycyrrhizin from licorice by using the extraction material of alcohol ammonia was introduced. The condition of extraction by orthogonal design and the effect of extracting agent, temperature and time were studied. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained, were tested and verified by experiments.
