摘要
文章以南橘北枳这个成语故事为引伸 ,论述了有效制度的建立对于企业 ,包括地勘企业发展的重要性 ,同时 ,分析了在企业改革中旧的思维模式导致制度流于形式、制度失效的弊端 ,提出了制度创新必须遵循的思想路线 ,必须抓住的两个要点 ,一个是基础 。
The paper discusses the significance of establishing effective system for enterprises including geological prospecting enterprises development, criticizes the corrupt practice caused by the old mode of thinking: system become a mere formality and cease to be effective in the reform of enterprises. It goes on giving specific procedures that geological prospecting enterprises can adopt in the system innovation.
