均匀设计法优选芝麻油提取新工艺 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过超临界CO2 提取芝麻油的均匀设计实验和微波和超声波诱导提取芝麻油的正交实验比较 ,考察影响提取的主要因素 ,寻求最佳萃取工艺。超临界CO2 萃取最佳工艺条件为 :压力 32MPa ,温度6 0℃ ,CO2 流量 31kg/h ,萃取时间 80min ,得率 4 6 .39% ;微波萃取最佳工艺条件为 :溶剂为丙酮 ,物料与溶剂比例 1∶7,辐射时间 7min ,辐射功率 810W ,得率 2 3.0 1%。超声波萃取最佳工艺条件为 :物料与溶剂比例 1∶7,溶剂为石油醚 ,浸泡时间 30h ,得率 2 3.99%。结果表明超临界CO2 萃取芝麻油品质最好 ,而且萃取也最高 ,质量最稳定。 In the paper,Sesame oils were obtained with supercritical CO 2,microwave and ultrasonic for their optimum extraction conditions. The uniform design experiment was used to optimize the SFE CO 2 conditions,and the optimal conditions were determined: the pressure 32 MPa,the temperature 60 ℃,the CO 2 flowing rate 31 kg/h and the time 80 mins.The optimum conditions of the microwave extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment:acetone as solvent,the rate of mass of material to solvent 1∶7,the radiating time 7 min,the microwave power 810 W.The optimum conditions of the ultrasonic extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment: the rate of mass of material to solvent 1∶7,petroleum ether as solvent,the soaking time 30 h.The oils were obtained by supercritical CO 2,microwave and ultrasonic,extraction rate 46.39%,23.01% and 23.99% respectively. The results showed that the extraction rate of supercritical CO 2 was highest,quality best and stable in the three methods.
