摘要
1998年长江流域发生特大洪水,沿江受灾人口232万,直接经济损失超过2000亿元。其中江西省共有93个县(市、区)、1787个乡镇、2081 9万人受灾,因灾死亡313人,损坏房屋189 2万间,倒塌91 2万间,农作物受灾面积152 6万hm2,绝收77 8万hm2,3 49万家工矿企业因灾停产或部分停产。整个江西省因灾造成直接经济损失376 4亿元,其中水利设施直接经济损失37 6亿元。2000~2002年开始实施"长江中游主要水患区环境地质调查评价"项目,其目的是查明长江中游水患区洪涝灾害生成的地质背景,论证控制江湖演变及洪水致灾的地质作用,提出符合地学规律的防灾对策,为长江中游综合整治规划提供地质依据。文章从鄱阳湖区的地貌、地基土的基本特征入手,就鄱阳湖区圩堤渗透稳定性及软基沉陷进行了工程稳定性评价,为鄱阳湖区的防洪治水、水利建设等提供依据。
The heavy flooding take place in the Changjiang River basin in 1998.In Jiangxi Province,about 20.8 million people were affected and 313 people died during the flooding.It resulting 1.89 million houses damaged and 912 thousand houses collapsed.There was a drowned area of more than 1526 thousand hm+2.The direct loss targeted more than 200 thousand million and the loss of the water conservancy reached 3.76 thousand million among the whole direct loss.The project about environmental geology survey and evaluation of main inundation area in the middle reaches of the Changjiang River which actualized during 2000~2002 has provided lots of geologic data for integrated renovating and planning of the area.Based on the topography and the basic properties of the foundation soil of the dike,this paper analyzes the seepage stability and the subsidence stability of the foundation soil and evaluates the engineering geological stability of the dike.
