摘要
研究了新型固体酸催化剂InCl3/HMS的制备因素对苯和苄氯烷基化反应的影响。实验结果表明,在所考察的三种催化剂浸渍溶剂中,催化剂的活性顺序是:乙腈>乙醇>丙酮;InCl3/HMS负载试剂中InCl3的最佳负载量为1.41mmol/g,在7min内苄氯的转化率可达90%以上,二苯甲烷的选择性可达到98%以上;负载催化剂的最佳活化温度为200℃;InCl3/HMS负载催化剂是一类对水份不敏感的催化剂,在水存在下,其活性无明显降低,而且易于回收,是一种性能优良的环境友好催化剂。
In this paper the catalytic performances of the benzylation of benzene with benzyl chloride over the new type of solid acid catalysts of InCl_3/HMS were explored. The results show that using three different impregnating solvents during the processes of catalysts preparation, the catalytic activity of InCl_3/HMS is in the order of acetonitrile>ethanol>acetone. When the loading of InCl_3 is 1.41 mmol/g, the supported catalyst shows the highest activity, and the conversion of benzyl chloride is up to 90% and the selectivity to diphenylmethane is up to 98%. The best calcination temperature is ca. 200 ℃. InCl_3/HMS catalyst exhibits higher activity under the condition of water existence and is easy to be recycled, so InCl_3/HMS is a kind of environmental-friendly catalyst.
