摘要
传统图书馆的人事管理、组织结构是阻碍图书馆建设进程的因素之一,文章提出需要创新的组织 管理模式,以创新构筑图书馆事业发展新的平台,引导图书馆向高效率、现代化方向发展,从根本上提升图书馆 整体管理水平和竞争力,从而促进图书馆业务创新,加快我国高校图书馆建设。
This paper opines that the traditional personnel administration and organizational structure of college libraries is one of the barriers to the process of library construction, and that efforts should be made to renovate the organizational, administrative model of college libraries so as to facilitate their renovation and to expedite their construction .
