We must stick to the principle of putting people first in building theteaching contingent in colleges. We must respect teachers, take care of them and pay attention to the teacher's needs and development, and serve the teacherswarmheartedly in order to improve the quality of teaching contingent in an all-round. We should also bring the initiatives and creativeness of the teachers into full play and make greater contributions to the improvement of teaching quality and the school-running capabilities .
