高技术是一个在各种媒体中使用频率极高的词汇,然而,迄今为止,这一概念在国际上还没有一个公认的定义。对概念的研究与对新问题的研究,具有同等重要的理论和实践价值。文章对众说纷纭的各种关于高技术及相关的概念进行了分析和梳理,以期得出较为准确的概念范畴。

Nowadays high-tech is a frequently-used word in documents and media though it has a short history since it came into being. There's no well-accepted definition. Concept is the start of scientific research. The author thinks that the study of concept and new issues is of the same importance and equal to the theoretic and practical value. Therefore, the author studies and sorts out all kinds of the different definitions of high-tech and relative concepts so as to obtain a relatively accurate understanding of the said term.
