Establish "subject librarian" system in university library

在分析新形势下高校图书馆服务特点的基础上,论述了大学图书馆建立"学科馆员"制度的必然性,针对目前高等院校图书馆高素质人才匮乏的现状,提出了建立高校图书馆"学科馆员"制度的具体内容和人才保障措施。

Based on the analyses of features for the service work at university library, the paper explains the necessity of establishing subject librarian system. The paper also takes into serious consideration of the status quo of the libraries, for example, storage of qualified librarians and thus puts forward some concrete content and measures for the establishment of subject librarian system and the provision of talents.
