药科学院毕业生质量追踪调查

Investigation and Analysis of the Quality of the Graduates from Department of Pharmacy at Guangdong Pharmacy College

通过对广东药学院药科学院近五年来本科毕业生质量的跟踪调查,显示各单位对广东药学院药科学院本科毕业生素质总体评价较好,满意及比较满意率占916%,尤其在思想表现、敬业精神、工作态度等方面。但是在专业知识、创新能力、与同事协作精神方面却存在一定的不足。在综合调查结果及部分单位提出的改进意见的基础上,应该重点加强学生专业知识面、同事协作精神方面的能力培养。

According to a survey on the graduates from Department of Pharmacy of Guangdong Pharmacy College in the past five years, the quality is satisfactory in general, and its percentage is as high as 91.6%, especially on the aspects of the mentality, the devotion to their jobs and the working attitude. But some deficiencies exist in their professional knowledge, the abilities of innovating and the spirit of team-work. Based on the results of the survey and the suggestions given by some investigated enterprises, educators should put more emphasis on teaching students more professional knowledge and cultivating the spirit of coordination.
