麻栎种子灭虫、贮藏处理方法效果初探

Effects of treatment methods of insect-killing and storage for Quercus acutissima seeds

为了提高麻栎人工更新的质量和效果,对麻栎种子采收后,进行了不同方法的处理和贮藏试验,结果表明,麻栎种子采用水浸灭虫法效果最佳,种子发芽率达到84%,生活力提高34.5%;采用室内混沙贮藏法效果最优,种子发芽率提高15%～25%,含水率提高2%～8%。

For improving the qualities and effects of artificial regeneration of Quercus acutissima, different seed treatment and storage experiments were conducted after seeds were collected. The results indicated that: the insect-killing effects were best by soaking seeds into water, the germination rates attained 84% and viabilities increased by 34.5%. The storage effects were optimum by mixing seeds with sand indoors, the germination rates increased by 15%～25% and water content rates increased by 2%～8%.
