摘要
采用灭幼脲Ⅲ号防治樟子松木蠹象幼虫和成虫,效果显著,用3.75%灭幼脲Ⅲ号防治幼虫杀虫率达94.7%,处理后的幼虫表现出生长和发育受阻而死亡。用15%灭幼脲Ⅲ号处理成虫,使成虫产卵降低43.3%～61.4%,孵化率降为0;而对照组孵化率为85.8%。
The effects of using Diflubenzuron-Ⅲ for prevention and control of Pissodea validirostris were significance. Insect-killing rates attained 94.7% by using Diflubenzuron-Ⅲ for prevention and control of larvae, and the treated larvae died from the retarded growth and development. Eggs-laying rates reduced by 43.3%～61.4% and incubation rates dropped to 0 when 15% Diflubenzuron-Ⅲ was used to treat imagoes and the hatching rates of control were as much as 85.8%.
