摘要
利用微波催化氧化处理白酒废水,其催化氧化的最佳条件为100mL白酒废水,加活性炭1.0g,H2O2(30%)1.0mL,微波功率为490W,加热时间20min,COD去除率达79.4%,用相似的方法还处理了苯胺等其他5种类型废水,效果较好。同时还进行了活性炭重复性试验,活性炭重复17次,其处理效果不变。
The distilled spirit wastewater was successfully treated with micro-catalytic oxidation method, and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: for 100 mL distilled spirit wastewater, 1.0 g activated carbon and 1.0 g H_2O_2(30%) were used, the power and time of microwave radiation was 490 W and 20 min respectively. The removal rate of CODcr was 79.4%, while treating aniline and other five types of wastewater with the similar method could also give a good result. Moreover, the activated carbon was repeated used for 17 times but the effect of treatment kept constant.
