摘要
概述了以γ-丁内酯为起始原料五步法制备环丙胺的原理及工艺,对每一步反应所采用的不同方法进行了详细叙述和比较,指出了各自的优缺点;并对其他制备方法进行了简要介绍,反应条件温和、时间短的工艺以及开发新的方法等是今后研究的重点。
The mechanism and technology of preparing cyclopropylamine by five-steps method are reviewed in this article, several kinds of methods in each step is described in detail, and their advantage and disadvantage were pointed out. Besides, some other methods for the preparation of cyclopropylamine were also introduced briefly. It is important to realize the reaction in mild condition and to decrease the process as well as to develop new methods.
