On Ecology Value of Economic Law

经济法是协调经济运行并使之和谐发展的部门法,它的综合协调功能使其具有生态价值属性,一定程度而言,生态是经济的基础和表现,是经济法的主要调整对象。经济法的生态价值主要表现在生态正义、效率、安全、平等与自由等方面,它的实现是一个层次性、系统性和反馈性的过程,是法的价值实现和生态价值实现的有机统一。

Economic law is a department law which harmonizes economy running and developing. Its function of harmonizing comprehensively makes it has character of ecology value . In some degree, ecology is economy representation and base in the final analysis and become object of economic law running .The ecology value of economic law mainly has righteousness, security, equality,liberty and efficiency . Its reality is an administrative level, system and feedback process which unites the realizing of law value and ecology value.
