摘要
当今世界,技术性贸易壁垒已经越来越成为影响世界贸易的非关税壁垒。就技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响进行经济学分析认为,通过技术引进、利用FDI、采用国际标准和质量认证制度以及国际合作方式来跨越技术壁垒是我国应对技术性贸易壁垒带来的贸易影响的重要对策。
In today's world, technical barriers to trade (TBT) becomes non-tariff barrier to affect world trade. Economics analysis of TBT shows that China's important countermeasures for TBT are to import technology, to use FDI, to use international standards and quality identification system and to use international cooperation method to span TBT.
