全面建设小康社会要求县域经济有较快的发展,而县域经济的发展离不开金融的支持。县域金融供求矛盾突出,资本供给严重不足,已成为制约县域经济发展的"瓶颈"。必须采取有效措施,全方位促进县域金融发展,以加大对县域经济发展的金融支持力度。
