摘要
企业核心竞争力是决定企业在竞争中成功的法宝。在考察和阐述企业核心竞争力范畴及其构成要素的基础上,立足于中国实际,要培育和加强中国企业核心竞争力,就必须实现企业内部战略性资源的整合与创新,积极推进企业外部交易性战略,加快知识与技能积累体系和创新体建设。
Core competence of enterprises is the key to determine the success of enterprises in competition. Based on investigating and discussing the category and factors of core competence of enterprises and on the reality of China, this paper gives the relative theoretical thought and policy suggestions for how to cultivate and consolidate core competence of enterprises of China.
