高粘变物性流体管内传热的计算机仿真

摘要 对高粘变物性流体管内传热进行了计算机仿真。表明,压力降受变物性影响较大;采用较小管径是减小径向温差的有效措施。 A computational study of laminar flow and heat transfer to highly viscous variable property fluids in vertical tubes under constant heat flux is presented. The numerical predictions fit the experimental data remarkably. The difference of the radial temperature is very large in heat transfer to highly viscous fluids, and the difference in radial temperature and wall temperature increases with the iincrease of the velocity, and outlet bulk temperature of fluids and the pipe k diameter. It is demonstated that in order to minimize the difference in the radial temperature and the wall temperature it is necessary to adopt a small Lube, which is an effective measure to solve the problem of large radial temperature difference and the high wail temperature in heat transfer to highly viscous fluids.
