高粘变物性流体流动传热实验与数值模拟

摘要 用高粘变物性流体进行了管内传热实验,所得数据与前人工作和本研究的数值结果作了比较,给出了流场、温度场分布的数值分析结果。 The experimental investigation in the heat transfer to pseudoplasticfluids under constant heat flux condition was caried out. The experimental data for thermally developing heat transfer to the laminar flow of highly viscous fluids(K from 1.6 to 13.7 Pa. s^n)in 0. 016 and 0. 21m diametents were also compared with the predictions of a computer code based on the epuations of contiunity momentum and energy. The theoretical model incorporate effects were on variable viscosity. natural convection and viscous dissipation. The numerical predictions fittes the experimental data excellently. The results showed that the difference of the radial temperature was very larse in the heat transfer to highly viscous fluide.
