三曲柄式万向联轴器偏转角变化时对传递元件承受载荷最大值的影响

摘要 论述了三曲柄式等角速万向联轴器偏转角发生变化时对传递元件承受载荷最大值的影响,从理论上分析证明了三曲柄式万向联轴器偏转角的变化对传递元件滚子上所承受的载荷并不产生很大的影响,从而使三曲柄式万向联轴器的传输能力并不随偏转角的增大而明显降低,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。 The influence of change in deflection angle of the universal coupling with constant angular velocity of three—crank type on maximum value of load of transfer elementhas less influence is verified by theoretical analysis when the deflection angle of the universal coupling of three—crank type on maximum value of load of transfer element is discussed. That the load on the roller of transfer element has less influence is verified by theoretical analysis when the deflection angle of the universal coupling of three—crank type changes ,thereby the transmission capacity of this universal coupling is not decreased obviously with the increase of the deflection angle. The correctness of theorectieal analysis has been tested and verified by experiment, which is of important practical significance for the research into transmission capacity of the universal coupling of three—crank type.
