结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的进展
摘要
结直肠癌是高发肿瘤之一,在我国其发病率呈逐渐上升趋势。结直肠癌术后辅助化疗过去一直以5-氟尿嘧啶单药为主,而随着依立替康、奥沙利铂、希罗达等新药的问世,结直肠癌术后辅助化疗的效果有了明显的提高。
