多级搅拌塔气液液系统中液液传质性能的研究

摘要 在内径为54mm,级数为16级的多级搅拌塔中,研究了空气-水-煤油流动系统中的液液传质特性,讨论了搅拌转速、水相流速、气体流速、有机相流速对乙酸由分散有机相向连续水相的液液传质系数的影响,利用扩散模型对实验数据进行了处理和拟合。结果表明,在有充分搅拌或气体流动时,多级搅拌塔内液液两相浓度均可视为连续变化,其浓度剖面可以用扩散模型进行拟合。 The liquid-liquid mass transfer characteristics in gas-liquid-liquid system have beeninvestigated in a multistage agitated column 54mm in diameter and with 16 compartments.Theeffects of agitating speed,aqueous phase,gas phase and organic phase flow rates on the mass trans-fer coefficient of acetic acid transferrring from dispersed organic phase to continuous aqueous phaseare discussed.The experimental data have been treated and calculated with the diffusion model.It isindicated that the concentrations in both the flow liquid phases vary continuously with column heightwhen intensive agitation or gas flow were existed,and the concentration profiles can be calculatedwith the diffusion model.
