摘要
阐述了紫外线照射技术的特点 ,紫外线照射技术对纺织材料的作用原理以及紫外线照射技术对高分子纤维材料表面性质改性的方法。研究表明 ,以照射距离为 40mm ,照射时间为 10min ,照射能量为3 .4J/cm2 的剂量辐照 3块纬平针织物 ,并用壳聚糖处理后 ,织物的接触角降低了 5 9% ,回潮率提高了 2 .8倍 ,静电压为 15 .6kV ,半衰期为 1.8s ,具有很好的抗静电性 ,且能耐 2 0次水洗。
This paper explains the characteristics of UV radiation, mechanism of UV radiation reaction with textiles, as well as surface modification of PET fiber. Three weft plain stitches are radiated with the dose of 3.4 J/cm2 at the distance of 40mm for 10 minutes, then treated with chitin. The treated fabric features reduced contact angle, increased moisture regain, the electrostatic voltage 15.6kV, half decay time 1.8 seconds, and reasonable washing fastness.
