双氧水稳定剂WPW-2的应用

Application of stabilizer WPW-2 for hydrogen peroxide

采用双氧水稳定剂WPW 2进行冷轧堆工艺和氧漂工艺试验 ,对比GJ 10 1和SOF等稳定剂在不同温度条件下对双氧水稳定性的影响 ,例举了WPW 2用于大车生产的工艺条件。试验证明 ,WPW 2的应用对织物手感、毛效和白度等都较其它稳定剂好 ,且综合成本低。

Cold pad-batch process and hydrogen peroxide bleaching were carried out with the stabilizer WPW-2 for hydrogen peroxide. Effects of various stabilizers such as GJ-101 and SOF at different temperatures on the stabilization of hydrogen peroxide were compared, the operating conditions in bulk production of WPW-2 are obtained. Results show that application of WPW-2 can impart the fabric better handle, capillary effect and whiteness than that with others stabilizers, and WPW-2 has low comprehensive cost.
