摘要 针对制冷剂HCFC22的替代问题,提出了一种适用于家用空调的新型混合制冷剂HFC32/HFC125/HFC152a.在制冷剂热物性计算软件REFPROP7 0的基础上,开发了制冷剂热物性的计算程序并计算得到了制冷剂HFC32/HFC125/HFC152a的压焓图.通过新混合制冷剂与R407C、R410A、HCFC22等空调制冷剂性能的计算比较,发现新工质不仅容积制冷量接近HCFC22,可以实现灌注式替代,而且制冷系数高于现有的这些空调工质,可以提高节能效率.同时,新工质的臭氧衰减指数为0和温室指数接近于0,可满足环保要求,尽管属于微弱可燃物质,但可以保证安全运行,是一种潜在的理想替代制冷剂. A new refrigerant mixture HFC32/HPC125/HFC152a was presented to replace the refrigerant HCFC22. On basis of the software REFPROP 7.0, a computer program calculating thermodynamic properties of refrigerants was developed and the pressure-enthalpy diagram of this new refrigerant mixture was drawn. Compared with other refrigerants such as R410A, R407C, and HCPC22, the new refrigerant mixture has obvious improvements in thermodynamic efficiency, and it is a drop-in alternative for air-conditioner because its refrigerating capacity is similar to that of HCFC22. The ozone depletion potential (ODP) of this new refrigerant mixture is 0, and its global warming potential (GWP) is nearly 0. In addition, this refrigerant mixture has little flammability and can run safely. It is concluded that this new refrigerant mixture is an ideal potential alternative refrigerant.
