摘要
本文是轧辊整体静压支承,整体压下冷轧机理论与应用研究成果。根据轧辊旋转轧制的工作特点,轧辊的整体压下静压支承应具有大长径比、非全周封闭、油腔面积不等且非对称布置等特点,文章就这种特殊的静压支承进行了理论分析并导出了有关解析计算公式。
This paper is the engineering research for hydrostatic bearings on the whole-length rolls in the whole-pressing cold sheet mill. In order to match the requirement of rolling, this kind of hydrostatic bearings is characterized by its high L/D ratio, open, non-opposite and unequal tri-recesses, etc. In this paper, this special hydrostatic bearing is analyzed in theory and the formulas for it have been deduced.
