摘要
利用多种技术手段对20Cr 钢 WC 激光表面合金化问题进行了分析测试,考核了处理后材料的表面硬度及表层耐磨性,并对材料经激光表面合金化后的显微组织、组成物相、成分分布及强化机制做了较为深入的分析和探讨,实验结果表明,20Cr 钢 WC 激光表面合金化后表面综合机械性能大幅度提高,是一种有效的表面强化手段。
The analysis and testing has been made on the problems of alloying 20 Cr steel surface byWC laser with multiple technologies.The paper checks the suface hardness and abrasion resistance af-ter the material has been treated.And a further analysis and a proble is made into its microscopicstructure,constitutive phases,compositions distribution and strengthened mechanism.The experimen-tal results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties,after the alloying of 20 Cr stell surfaceby WC laser,are greatly raised,which is an effective means for surface strengthening.
